Adekunle Abdulrazaq Oyinloye – Chairman/Ceo Gbose Holdings Limited
An Economist/Banker by profession, Adekunle Oyinloye is the Chairman/CEO of Gbose Holdings Limited. He bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and also holds two Postgraduate degrees in Banking & Finance (University of Ibadan) and Economics (University of Lagos). Adekunle is also an alumnus of the prestigious Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York.
An accomplished turn-around manager, Adekunle’s professional career spans Consultancy and Management Development, Banking, and Finance. He cut his teeth at the National Centre for Management and Administration (NCEMA) now Centre for Management Development, Ibadan. His banking sojourn began in 1990 with the Societe Generale Bank Limited after which he left to join the employ of Access Bank Plc in February 2000. At Access Bank, his resourcefulness marked turning points in the operations of various branches of the banking behemoth. He subsequently worked at Global Bank Plc after which he joined the Management Team of Pacific Bank in January 2003 as Head, Credit & Marketing Banking Group, rose to become the General Manager and Divisional Head of the Credit & Marketing Unit before the Bank’s strategic merger and transformation into Unity Bank Plc.
Adekunle was a key member of the Steering Committee of the formation of Unity Bank. His invaluable contributions on the steering committee earned him an appointment as the Executive-in-Charge of Societe Bancaire Limited and subsequently, a key member of the Transition Management Team of the Bank of the North Limited (BON). He was later appointed onto the Board of Unity Bank Plc, first as the Executive Director of Corporate Banking and later the Executive Director, Lagos, and South West. In November 2010, he assumed the position of Managing Director, Infrastructure Bank. Before then, he also served on the boards of Kakawa Discount House Limited, Unity Kapital Assurance Plc, Unity Registrars, among others.
A committed community developer and a proud son of Omu-Aran, Adekunle Abdulrasaq Oyinloye has the privilege of being honored with several traditional titles from different communities in his homestead while professionally he holds Fellowships of the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (CIMN) and the Institute of Credit Administration. He is also an Honorary Senior Member at HCIB and CIBN and a member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development, amongst others. He has attended several courses in various fields of management, banking, and finance. He is also the Chairman of the board of Hosted Apartment Services Limited and several other companies. He is married to his adorable wife; Yeye Aro Foluke and they are blessed with children.
Ayodele Abegunde – General Manager, Prime Plus Estate Services Limited
Ayodele Abegunde is a graduate of Political Science (1990) from the University of Ilorin and holds an MBA from the same University. His vast professional experience spans Media Management, Journalism, Entrepreneurship through NGO, and lately, Project/Faculty Management.
He is an energetic and ambitious personality who has developed a mature and responsible approach to the tasks he undertakes. Over the years, he has developed a knack for working with others to achieve organizational goals. He has a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion. These attributes have made him lead several successful and high-performing teams across multiple sectors.
He is the General Manager at Prime Plus Estate Services Limited. He boasts extensive experience in Tender to Construction and Commissioning of Multimillion large scale projects.
Ajide Kazeem Olawale – General Manager, Gbose Automobiles Limited
Kazeem Ajide is the General Manager of Gbose Automobiles Limited. He has had expansive working experience in the Banking Industry spanning several prestigious banks. He rose to become a Branch Manager at Fidelity Bank Plc., overseeing the creation of strategies to grow business opportunities and he has brought this wealth of experience into the service of Gbose Holdings Limited. He is responsible for business co-ordination and growth of the Automobile portfolio of Gbose Holdings Limited.
He has attended training in Leadership, Internal Audit, and Financial Management. He is a fantastic golfer and loves traveling.
Akeem Oyinloye – General Manager, Gbose Quarries Limited
Akeem Oyinloye is the General Manager of Gbose Quarries Limited. He is a consummate marketer and rose through the internal structure of Gbose Quarries Limited to become its General Manager after a long and prosperous stint as Head of Sales.
A statistician by training, Oyinloye brings his versatility to bear in the daily administration and management of Gbose Quarries Limited. He oversees all sales and business development functions including product roll-out, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and general day-to-day management. He loves to read and is an avid sports fan.
